With over 20 years’ human resource experience, many of which have been at a senior management level, Brad Anson is adept at managing complex, politically sensitive and business critical assignments. He possesses strong analytical and listening skills which, combined with his ability to identify and assess strategic options, enable him to provide pragmatic and sustainable solutions to human resourcing issues.
Highly developed communication and negotiation skills allow him to influence stakeholders and develop strong partnerships at all levels, delivering effective and forward thinking solutions and advice.
His extensive and broad human resource background across different industries means he is well equipped to handle complaints; conduct workplace reviews and management enquiries; manage risks; identify and implement organisational structure, operation and systems improvements; and improve people behaviour.
Brad provides not only strategic insight but also operational assistance so that appropriate management policies, programs, systems and practices can be designed, developed and embedded within a business to address workforce compliance risks and drive improved business efficiency and effectiveness.
Brad knows and understands the criticality of well-planned and documented workplace investigations, having led and managed over 200 workplace investigations covering sensitive topics such as bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, drug and alcohol misuse, workplace violence and fraud.
Brad is passionate about addressing inappropriate workplace behaviour, identifying root causes and presenting solutions to prevent future problems. He understands and is committed to driving business success through people.
